The plans below show a student room for two people and a student room for one person at an Australian university. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The plans illustrates two different room plan: one is a double room and the other is a room for a single person. The plan displays key important object and furniture, including bookshelf, television, microwave, sink, stove, cupboard, and lastly, table and chairs. Overall, the two rooms do contain a lot in common. Yet, they both differ in the price, dimesionsions and along with some furniture differences. Both rooms do share the same lenght, along with availability of basic equipments such as the sink, stoove, cupboard, microwave and a television. They both also have the bathroom near the kitchen section. In addition that in both room the bed is somehow close to widow and at the same time beside the study desk. On the other hand, besides that both differ in the price (where th double room costs $350 per week and the single costs $200 per week) the both do differ in the width of the room along with the positions of some objects like the televsion and the kitchens alignment. And lastly, one major differnece was the availability of both the bookshelf and the table with chairs in double but not in the sinle one.
