In medium baked potato, carbohydrates was of 35% and proteins was 23%. carbohydrates and proteins are very important nutrients which are required to be in our body in minimum amount. Glucose is essential for energy. It get stored in our body and is broken down into simpler substance to produce energy. It is present in 15%. There is also saturated fat and other nutrients present in 10% and 15% respectively. As per the illustration of macaroni, carbohydrate is present in 52% which is more than amount of carbohydrates present in mashed potatoes whereas glucose and proteins are present in 11% each. Compared to medium baked potato, saturated fat consists 21% of the total and other nutrients only 5%.
