The above pie chart compares the nutritional content of two different dinner dishes (Medium baked potato and Macaroni) under 6 division of nutrients (carbohydrates, protein, glucose, saturated fat and other nutrients) that is measured in units of percentage. Overall, we can observe that the nutritional consistency of medium baked component is much healthier than that of macaroni as it accounts highest percentage carbohydrates and saturated fat. In both the dishes the carbohydrates was highest among the other nutrients which accounted for 35% and 52% for medium baked potato and macaroni respectively. Likewise, The protein and the glucose were slightly higher for the potato dish which was 25% and 15% to that of macaroni. The percentage of protein and glucose remained equal for the macaroni dish. On the other hand, macaroni constituted highest number of saturated fat compared to baked potato which was 21% and 10% respectively. The other composition of nutrients were the least among both the dishes which was just 15% for baked potato dish and only 5% for the macaroni dish.
