The pie charts show how much time per week is spent by three groups of subjects in a British university library. Overall, postgraduates use the library the most whilst the lowest amount of time is spent by undergraduates. Moreover, the second-ranking belongs to all students. Half of all students consume 1-7 hours every week in the library. The other half of this group spend at least 8 hours, with a mere 15% spend 15+ hours. Turning to undergraduates, the pattern is similar. Over three-fifths of this group use the library between 1 and 7 hours weekly, which is double the rate of those who spend 8-14 hours. Meanwhile, a tiny minority (9%) of undergraduates spend 15 or more hours. By contrast, a reversed pattern can be observed for postgraduates. Nearly half of this group spend from 1 to 14 hours each week in the library, which means the proportion of those who consume 15+ hours accounted for 51%. In specific, a total of 17% of postgraduates use the library for 1-7 hours and 32% use it for 8-14 hours per week.
