This is an Interesting topic and I thank you letting me talk about my favourite part of the day. Well, I am an early riser and early in the morning is my favourite time for a day.
I usually woke up 5: 00 am and started my day with fresh a glass off water. I brush my teeth and fresh my self and go the gym. The gym about an 1 hour then a little walk to the riverside besides take my breakfast with lots of protein. I do read newspaper in 7 am in my balcony with a cup of tea. At 8. 00 am take hot shower and Finally I dressed up at 8: 30 join my job at 9 O’clock.
The early morning is totally different from other parts of the day. It is quiet, refreshing and allows me to planning for all the day. This the best time for exercise and for a lite and healthy meal. Most of the doctors suggests us for early morning curriculum.
Early morning not only good for physical health but also best for metal health. All of people in a density country inhale pollution air while early morning provide us a fresh air which god gifted. Even when I was in school I had to join in morning shift classes. After all I made a habit for me to feel the morning. Now a days I even can not think about my day out without early morning.
