The pie charts provide information about how many journal articles are read per week by all students, PhD students and junior lecturers of an Australian university. The units are measured in percent. Overall, what stands out from the charts is that the proportions of all three categories read journal articles different number of times. As regards to all students, 67% of them spend time reading articles from a journal from 1 to 5 times; meanwhile, 5% and 1% only of students studying for PhD and junior lecturers read that number of times, respectively. Journal articles are read from six to eleven times by three fourths of junior lecturers, 21% of all students and 15% of PhD students. As can be seen from the charts, nearly every fourth junior lecturer reads articles more than twelve times per week whereas 80% and 12% read articles that number of times.
