The pie charts provide details on the percentages of carbohydrates, protein and fat in three various diets, namely an average diet, healthy diet and healthy diet for sport. As meticulously mentioned in three types of the charts, sports activity people required least quantity of fat, However, game players needs highest proportion of carbohydrates. In comparison, people from average diet and healthy diet necessitate equal percentage of fat. It is noticeable that, people who are pursuing different activities for physical fitness they want only 15% fat in their food. However, persons who are maintaining average diet and healthy diet both required 20% fat equivalently. Moreover, only 25% of protein consumption by sport persons, whereas, average diet candidates have highest percentage of 40% rather than rest of two kinds of diet people. Following this persons from healthy diet consume 30% protein on daily food. Despite of, eating low proportion of fat 15%, sport people including carbohydrates heavily 60% in their diet, yet carbohydrate percentage slightly decreased in diet of healthy diet people around 50%, while in average people diet carbohydrate reported very lowest consist of 40%.
