The maps below show the centre of a small town called islip as it is now,and plans for its development

The first map reveals the present picture of the Islip town centre, whereas second map represent it's development planning. At a first glance, countryside civil removed in new planning model which is now situated in north side of the picture, while shops position remained same and the main road will converted into the pedestrian path. on the upper side of it planner think to provide the facilities of bus station, shoping complex and cark parking which will be near to the new housing. Noticeable, all the development pattern make in ring shape and the road which is only constructed at school point, now reached to whole accomodation patterns. Interestingly, the place of school remained same. Besides it, the area of the park will be decrease to some extent and it will situated under south east corner. Overall, in new model of Islip town variety of facilities will be added that leads to its development.
