The pie chart and the table show the types of living accommodation occupied by 25-year-olds in London during the 1990s and the 2010s and the availability of different types of accommodation in London during the same two periods.

The given pie chart compares the results of survey about 25 year olds’ accommodations in London while the table provides information about availability of different types of house and flats between 1990 and 2010. Overall, the highest amount of accommodation was detected with parents and is not as popular as accommodation in house alone in 1990. The most popular types of place of residence were shared houses and flats. The most actual habitation was 3–4 bedroom houses in 1990s, and after 20 years it saves his position. According to the pie chart, the difference between the most demanded houses and the unclaimed houses is significantly big, with just over a quarter of all interviewed and tenth respectively in 1990. After 20 years, situation changed and shared flats (about 40 %) with shared houses (35%) take more than three quarter of all types of residents. It is clear from the table, availability of various habitats is markedly different in the period between 32000 and 47000 in 1990. However, more larger houses and flats had become more popular and is 48500 and 32000 respectively, due to increasing demand of shared houses and flats. By this way, miniature residents had become less popular and actual (average amount dropped from 33000 to 11000).
