We want to explain the stages of prodechion of cherry jam. there are meny stages to for production of it, that involve picking the fruit from the trees and tronsport to the factory and production of chery jam. First a sheet is spread an the ground and the trees are shaken by machin then the cherries is collected and transpored to the factory. Next leaves and stems are removed from fruit. the cheeries are washed ofter then, the stones taked out from fruit. next sugar, limon and peting added to the cherries and jam is ready to cooked. then jam is checked ond put to the Jar. finally the lables are stuck on th jam jars and jam is ready to sell
