The picture highlights the process by which brick is produced. There are seven stages in the diagram, from digging the soil to delivering. The first step is that the clay is excavated and taken by digger, and then through metal grid is put to roller, which causes the clay to smash and to clean. Once the soil has been prepared sufficiently, sand and water are joined. Following this, the bricks are created in two shapes by wire cutter and mould. The next is that, bricks are put in the oven which dries at a degree 24-48 hrs. After being dried, the bricks are arranged into kiln. At first, the production is burned at a moderate degree with 200C – 980C, after which the brick is fired at a high degree with 870C – 1300C. And then the brick is brought to chamber in order to cooling with 48-70 hrs. The following step is that the bricks are packaged in a square shape. The last stage is the delivering bricks to stores.
