The graph provides information about the number of families who rented the house and bought it for themselves in England along with Wales from 1918 to 2011. Overall, the trend for people who owned the accommodation was upward while for the public who rented it went down during this period of time.  However, by 1918 the vast majority of households had rented the housing was roughly 75 percent this number declined to about 35 percent in 2011. Furthermore, the fewest percentage for this category was approximately 31 percent in 2001. By contrast buying accommodation at the beginning of the time in 1918 was by the minority of people along with it was roughly 22 percent while this rate significantly rose to 61 percent in 2011. According to the bar chart by 2001 the highest percentage for this item had been nearly 69 percent. The pattern followed equally percentage in 1971. Consequently, the percentage for both buying house along with renting place was the same with 50 percent.
