This diagram represents the process of drying coffee production. Overall, there are twelve stages in this process. It starts from sorting coffee beans and ends with packing and making available for selling. Let’s look at every stage individually. First of all, it starts by sorting beans by hand. After that, beans need to be washed by using sieve which also requires hand labor. These beans are dried in the sun. Following this, beans are raked and turned so that the other side is dried as well. They are then sorted and stored in silo after which, it is sent to a mill by a truck. The next step is when these beans are hulled and graded. Then the beans are bagged and sold. Last but not least, beans are roasted in a roasting machine. Finally it gets packed and delivered to supermarkets to sell
