This report will sum up the maps which reveal how the region of Seaport has altered from 1995 to present. It is readily apparent from the maps that, overall, a number of dramatic developments have taken place with the noticeable alteration of the character of the area. Looking at the information in greater detail, it can be seen that the farmland and the forest park in the north-east has been chopped down to make room for a golf course and some tennis courts. A hotel and a cafe in the south eastern part has remained untouched; however, a car park has been located right next to the hotel. Moving on, the housing areas have been expanded significantly and the new road has been laid in front of the new accommodation area in the west of a present map. Fish market has been replaced by some apartments, moreover, the fishing quay in the south has disappeared. The only exception to all these developments was the five shop buildings which have still remained but have been changed into restaurants.
