Overall there are many changes during the period, including new buildings and recreation facilities.
In 2005 there was a wasteland of land outside the centre. Today there had many trees and an outdoor exhibition and performance area were made. There was a Snack Bar in the upper left-hand corner was destroyed, and a meeting room below it was split into two rooms. In the past time, the concert hall and cinema stayed in the same place but now a central exhibition was built and the cinema, concert hall moved to the upper right-hand corner.
In the past time, there were two galleries in the west but now there is only one opposite the café. The toilet moved to next to the concert hall. Now, the drama studio was built between the cinema and meeting rooms. Finally, the information desk seems to be the only thing remaining unchanged as time goes on.
