Overall, it can be seen that the area became urban from rural, it was industrialized and modernized throughout the period.
In 1990 this place was quite, peaceful and had large amount of trees, houses, public facilities such as school, hospital, railway station, flats, however in 2013 most of the plants and houses were demolished, instead of it, there were constructed supermarket, factory, ferry. In north forests were chopped down to make an airport and residential buildings, while at the center trees were cut down to build a factory. Also, Houses and greenery near the station were knocked down. In the south-west all trees and apartments were removed to make way for a supermarket and increase the quantity of blocks of flats. Another noticeable change is a coastline that was extended along the sea. Finally, new housing venue was relocated near the bridge running from west to east of the Templeton’s resort.
