These two maps outline the radical changes that the Happy Valley Shopping centre underwent during the period 1982 and 2012. According to the maps, it is clear that the commerce centre redevoloped carring out for tourism purpose over the 30 years. Despide changes in the area the trees were preserved. One change is that stands out that the Lake to the west- north of the shopping centre was demolished and built Furniture Retail over the whole period. Another change is that on the corner, on the south- west side of the centre was built Parking Lot for custumers' transport, and it is naer the Enterance of the shopping centre, looking glance to the map in 1982 there was a Lobby area. On the west- north corner of the centre were Coffee shop and next to it Food store. It can be notice not only those two stories but some more points replaced inside of the Shopping complex. Over all the, Happy Valley Shopping centre became more comfortable and attractive. Some of the stores were preserved as the Entermainment and Elevator which leads to the 2nd floor. In 2012 year the Centre was accaounted the most popular shopping centre for tourists.
