Next to the hospital were added new houses. In the 2013 the Railway station was extended and it was crossing the river. The greenery was removed and new factory was located to the east of the river. Around the lake in 2013 were built a new block of flats, where only houses used to stand there in 2000. Between the Supermarket and the lake were built new houses. A Ferry was added on to the sea in 2013.
