The given two maps illustrate the information about facilities which are available in civic centre now and its plan about future. To begin with, in present, cinema, which will not change in futur, is located to the north of the map. While, cafe and hotel &restaurant would come up to the place of two car parks that are situated to the east and west of cinema. However, smith street has established to the opposite of the high street that is in west corner of map. Moving further, it is likely to demolish exhibition area located in the sout west corner of map in order to build council offices, whereas, council offices will be replaced with underground library. As regards, underground car park area will be added in town hall which is situated in front of cinema. Although shopping centre would remain same, area of library will be converted ino exhibition after development. Overall, the develpoment plan had been shown changes in all the buildings except cinema as well as shopping centre.
