The map indicates the advancement which took place at Templeton seaside resort from 2000 th 2013. Overall, a comparison of the two maps reveals a change from a rural to urban landscape. In 2000, the town was a much greener residential area with a large number of trees and individual houses, but during the next 13 years the town experienced a number of significant changes. The most noticeable is that all of the trees west of the River were cut down, with some houses replaced by blocks of flats, a village and a supermarket. Only a few trees west of the river remained. On the other side, few trees east of the River were replaced by an airport and few individual houses. Furthermore, few houses were demolished and trees were cut down, and a factory was built sprang up from the sea. Lastly, a railway was constructed along with west to east of the river and there is a ferry on the sea.
