The map illustrates how Flenton changed

The two maps illustrate the changes in Frenton with 22-year integral in 1990 and 2012. Overall, over the 22-year period, Frenton underwent some major changes, with a dramatic increase in hospital, whereas minority of buildings remained unchanged. Furthermore, the town is now almost unrecognizable from how it used to be. In detail, one major change is to note cafe and park, which lied on the east side of High Street, demolished and replaced with hotel and golf course and to the south of it theatre converted into cinema In 2012. Although, library and school remained stable. Similarly, the hospital that locates on the west side of High Street still stood where it had in 1990, whereas it had been extended in 2012. In southern part of village was located shops, which transformed into supermarket in 2012 and trees was cut down in order to make way for technopark. Moreover, to the north east part of town houses converted into wide blocks of houses and just above of this has added flats in 2012. After analyzing 2 maps, it is clean that Frenton has been transformed from simple town into a tourist and entertainment destination
