The map chart illustrates the layout of hospital during 2008 and 2010. In 2008, main entrance was located in south side of the map just beside the laboratory. In the front of main entrance waiting room was situated. There was three doctor's offices were condtructed in north direction. The staff room and reception were on th north east side in a smqll part of the waiting room. In center of doctor's office and staff room corrudor was located. In the west side of doctor's office treatment room was situated. Turning to next year, new doctor's ro and store room were constructed right side of doctor's room. In the north side of laboratory pharmacy was manufactured. Education and mother and child rooms werr built in south west part. Overall, it is manifest from the diagram that, there were lots of changes were made in given two years.
