The map below shows the changes that have taken place in a seaside area since 1995.

The 2 maps illustrate the changes have happened in coastal area from 1995 till today. At the first glance, it is obvious that, the area witnessed spectacular developments over the given period. The farmland to the north-east of town which occupied huge area completely destroyed and converted into a large golf area. The forest park next to the farmland was totally cut-down and new tennis court was constructed to the east part of the park. The fish market located close to the sea removed and new skyscapers were erected there. The shop located in front of fish market were turned into a restaurant. Fishing port to the south of the town was knocked-down. Houses to the north-west of the town still stands and additionally, new houses and road were built next to the old ones. New car park was developed next to the hotel which still surviving to the east part of town, near by the tennis court. The café located in front of hotel close by the sea is another surviving facility in the city. The 2 main roads of the town which connected north with south and west with east still exist.
