Task1 The maps illustrate the difference between the centre called Islip with it’s development orientations in a small town. Overall, it is visible that there is a change beyond recognize between the initial centre compare with it’s development plans. It can be seen clearly from the maps that the main road will be abolished completely by Dual carriageway surrounding the Islip two center. In fact, inside the Dual carriageway there are some facilities such as bus station, shopphing center, car park which are located at the North. Moreover, there are some areas such as housing will be relocated into the South of the two centre according to the development plans. two shops in the Islip town centre now might be redundanted into one, which contribute to make room for both new housings and pedestrians. The scale of the park in the plans will be limited compared to the previous one.
