The line graph illustrates the number of rubber ducks used to be exported in various countries between 2013 and 2017. In 2013, there was an opposing trend between the number of rubber ducks were delivered to the USA and the EU. The former starting with 30 thousand ducks and slightly increased about 5 thousand in 2014 before fell sharply to about 10 thousand in 2015. The latter begins with 20 thousand and decreased slightly to about 5 thousand ducks in 2014 and this figure recovered in 2015 with over 20 thousand. In 2013, the number of rubber ducks which was transported to the UK had an increase from 10 thousand to over 15 thousand in 2014 then remained unchanged in 2015.
Since 2015, there was an upsurge in the number of rubber ducks which was transported to the USA. It climbed from 20 thousand to over 30 thousand in 2016 then reached its peak in 2017 with 40 thousand ducks. In the EU, the number of rubber ducks was constantly increased by about 5 thousand in 2016 and reached about 40 thousand in 2017. In the UK, the number of rubber ducks decreased slightly and dropped dramatically in 2017 with under 10 thousand ducks. To summarize, there was a massive increase in the number of ducks which was delivered to the USA and it was gradually transported to the EU whereas, in the UK, it witnessed a dramatic dropped in the last year of the study period.
