Overall, the consumption of black tea declined over the period, whereas the amount of lemon tea and peppermint tea that were drank increased.
In 2011, the most popular hot drink with Ukrainian students was black tea, being drank 50 times a year. This was far higher than lemon and peppermint tea, which were consumed approximately under 15 times a year. From 2012 the comsumption of black tea began to went
down sharply until it reashed under to 10 in 2016. Then the rate of drinking black tea began to rose slightly to reach 15 times in a year, and in the next year it decreased to finish at just under 15.
In sharp contrast to this, students drank the other two type of tea at much higher levels. Peppermint tea consumption remind stable over three years respectively, in 2014 it began to went up a little to reach under 30 times in 2015. In the next two years the consumption of drank peppermint tea rose sharply until it overtook the
consumption of the black tea in 2011 to peaked at 50 times in a year. Also as we saw the consumption of lemon tea reach the same level of amount of the peppermint tea with consumption at 50 times a year.
