To begin with, in 1980, there were about 16, 20, and 35 quadrillion in the amount of Coal, Natural gas, and Petrol and Oil respectively. Meanwhile, a similar figure with about 4 quadrillion was shown in the figure for three types of energy. In 2005, the figure for both Hydropower and Solar/Wind increased to the same number with 5 quadrillion, while the consumption of both Coal and Natural gas rose to a similar figure with 24 quadrillion. Noticeably, the U. S had ceaseless increases to 40 and 8 quadrillion in the usage of Petrol and Oil, and Nuclear orderly.
