Then, the cases of diarrea had a gradual increase before it dipped the lowest point, at just over 70 people in 1988. Afterwards, the number of patients sharply increased to about 400 people, which was 4 times higher comparing with the starting point. In the mid of 1989, there was a slight decrease before it witnessed a rapid decline which was 0 number in 1992.
