Overall, it can be seen that the women remain stable to the end of the period. To begin, male had a 2 fold increase, rising from 2100 to 4000 in 1985 and sharply drop to 1800 in 1995. there was a rapid growth and peak to 5000 in 2005, after that the men experience a dramatical fall untill equal the women at 2800 before 2010 and dip to the lowest at under 1000 in the end of the period Moreover, 1985 saw a slight rise in female of 1000 to 2000
