Overall, in-person was the most subtantial way to enquery and followed by telephone way. Both of them experienced upward trends instead of by letter that suffered downward trend through the period. In the beginning, in-person started low by only 400 times and then extremely soared at above 1800 times in June. furthermore, that was followed by telephone which began from over 800 and then rose to 1600 times in June. Interestingly, letter surpassed in-person way at about 600 and 800 times in between February and March. Lastly, letter way started from slightly under 800 times and then went down significantly at under 400 times in May and then it remained steady at the end of the period. in addition, letter was the least way that people used to enquiry to Tourist Information Centre.
