The line graph depicts the number of visitors to a Caribbean island in millions from 2010 to 2017. Overall, the total number of travelers to this island increased steadily over the course of seven years. Additionally, the figures indicate that tourists were more inclined to spend time on the island than on cruise ship. In the first 2 years, the total number of arrivals who stayed on the island stood at 0, 75 million and on the cruise ships were around 0, 25 million. There was an increase from 2010 to 2011 in people who stayed on cruise ships but it remain almost the same for island. In the next year, the number of island's visitors increase sharply when visitors staying on cruise ships almost hit the bottom. The volume of visitors who stayed on the island then increased consistently before reaching 1, 5 millions which lasted from 2013 until 2015 and fluctuate slightly in 2016 then end. However, in this period of time, tourists staying on cruise ships suddenly had a great comeback. The number of visitors started climbing steadily, overtaking those staying on the island in 2016 in reached it peak in 2017 with 2 millions.
