The line graph compares the ratio of inquiries which the Tourist Information Office received from one city over a half-year period in 2011. Overall, it is clear that people who visited to ask were by far the most dominant means of inquiries over the period shown while emails indicate the lowest level at the last months with the data calibrated in hundreds. Initially, the graph for the person had the lowest proportion of inquiries at about just over 4 at the beginning of the period while the Letters and Calls were stable at an almost similar point with approximately 7. 5 and 9, respectively. However, just three months later the former graph that we mentioned overtook the others as the most used way to inquire. Furthermore, between March and May inquiries had received by people experienced substantial growth at just under 1. 6 and continued its upward trend until reached it's all-time high at 1. 9, in June. By contrast, the figure for the calls also increased steeply to 1. 6, but the letters graph saw only a significant fall by 4.
