Overall, cellular phone service significantly went up to become by far the most crucial means of communication over a period of 10 years, and meanwhile, mobile broadband and fixed broadband consistently contributed the least parts during the period studied. The number of cellular phone service usage was around about 5 million people in 1998. The figure for people who used cellular phone service increased dramatically to just over 60 million from 1998 to 2008 and became the most common mean of communication. Besides, the figure for Internet service was about five times higher than during the period of 10 years. The figure for landline service was about 15 million people used and was the highest number in 1998. However, the figure had a minor increase to 20 million people in 2006 and then it declined slightly to around 18 million people in 2008. The number of people who used mobile broadband and fixed broadband remained nearly 0 from 1998 to 2004 and rose slightly throughout the remainder of the period. They were also the least popular kinds of communication services during the period of 10 years.
