To begin with initial propotion of queries in person which was just above 400 in January and it gradually increased to 800 by March after that it witnessed a rocket to approximately 1900 at the end of the period. Subsequently enqueries by phone rapidly changed from about 900 to 100 between January and March, before levelling off during March to April. However, it experienced a significant rise to 1600 by June.
It could also be observed the ratio of reciving latter or email for enquiry slightly fall from nearly 600 to around 700 between January and March. After decreasing considerably from about 700 to above 300 among March and May, number of email and latter in Tourist Information Office remain unchanged till the period.
