The provided line graph illustrates the avarage of people in three countries, the U. S. A, Canada and Mexico, who used the Internet from 1999 to 2009. The figures were measured in percent. Overall, it is clear that the line of the Internet users where were the U. S. A and Canada, experienced the fastest growth while the percentage of Mexican Internet users witnessed slowly rise. We can see that almost 5% of Mexico population used the Internet in 1999 and this rate was low as opposed to the U. S. A and Canada. But then, the amount of tge Internet users of Mexico was believed to have remarkable increased by 15% by 2009. Meanwhile, in1999, they were the U. S. A and Canada, where had the highest rate of the Internet utilizers with almost 10 % and just under 10 %. So, the figures of the U. S. A and Canada witnessed similar rise between 1999 and 2007. However, the line of the U. S. A reached a peak that 40 percent of the U. S. A people used the Internet in 2009. This rate was less in Canada if we compared to the U. S. A
