Overall, the rate of burglary decreased significantly over the period, while car theft experienced an upward trend. However, the cases of robbery remained relatively stable throughout the time. Looking into the details of graph, in 2003 the rates of burglary and car theft were nearly 2300 and 3400 respectively. Cases of burglary declined sharply till 2008, reaching nearly 1100 (below car theft rate). During 2008-2009, it experienced a minor upward movement to more than 1400 and remained there till 2012.
