Overall, it is clear that everything decreased with the exception of the pier. Moreover, the pavilion overtook the festival and art gallery while the art gallery also surpassed the pavilion and festival. However, the pier also crossed the art gallery. In terms of the pavilion, it started at around 25% in 1980. Then, it increased sharply and reached a peak to just under 50% in 1995 after overtook the festival in 1985, and art gallery between 1985 and 1990. Afterward, it declined rapidly to just above 30% in 2000 and finished at around 30% in 2010. Regarding the art gallery, it stood at just over 20% in 1980. After it has risen rapidly and reached a high of just beneath 40% in 1985, it declined to 20% in 1990. Then, it showed a considerable decline to just under 10% in 2010. With regards to the pier, it was at 10% in 1980. Next, it witnessed a minimal rise to approximately 15% in 1985, and it dropped again at 10% in 1990. Then, it showed constant increase until it reached to just over 20% at the end of the period. While festival started at 30% in 1980, and it fluctuated over the period before finished at less than 30% by 2010.
