Overall, it is clear that the number of direct and telephone complaints were on the rise whereas those received by email and fax witnessed a downward trajectory over the whole period. It is also noticeable that the figure for face-to-face feedback surrendered to those given via email, fax and phone calls originally before becoming the most common way to file complaints in the final month.
