While the figure for Russia and France experienced the most dramatic change during the period shown. In 2000, the number of schoolboys in France, Russia, and America accounted for around 3, 5 million, 3 million, 1, 5 million respectively. Between 2000-2005, there was a slight climb in the number of undergraduates in America from 1, 5 million to 2 million. During the same period, the same category for France and Russia decreased significantly by around 1 million and 0, 8 million respectively. The number of learners in Russia saw a minimal decline over five years, from 2, 2 million in 2005 to 1, 8 million in 2010. In 2010, the figure for France rose enormously to about 3 million, which was roughly 2 million lower than that in 2015. In 2015, the number of scholar pupils in Russia made up approximately 2, 8 million, which was a- twice in America.
