The line chart compares the amount of margarine low fat of reduced spreads and butter which were consumed during the period from 1981 to 2007. It is clear that  the amount of low fat and reduced spreads was higher than 2 others spread from 1981 to 2007. While there was a dramatically decreased in the amount of margarine and butter, the amount of low fat and reduced spreads rose significantly over the period given. In 1981, 142 out of 180 grams butter spread consumed which increased slowly at 160 grams in 1986 and then decreased dramatically  almost 50 grams in the last year. Likewise, approximately 90 grams of margarine was eaten in the first year after which the figure fluctuated and there was a steady fall used of 40 grams in 2007. On the other hand, the Cost of low fats and reduced spreads suddenly increased  gradually at about 10 grams in 1996. In the years of 1996 to 2001, the amount of low fats and reduced spreads, which rise significantly by over 80 grams. During the final year, there was a fell slightly around 70 grams in 2007.
