The line graph illustrates the information about low literacy (reading and writing) levels of children were 15 years old in Austria, Denmark, Ireland, and Sweden from 2000 to 2009. Overall, the graph showed that three countries saw the increased in the number of children with low literacy, while the percentage of such student decreased in Denmark. In 2000, about 18% of children with low literacy in Denmark, and Austria followed by 15%. Whereas, the level of such student in Ireland and Sweden was just lower 15%, with nearly 11% and 13%. Over 9 years, Austria soared to reach the peak at approximately 27%. In contrast there was a slight decreased in the rate of such student, which dropped by 3% in 2009. Turn to two other countries, both countries experienced the significant growth, which increased familiarly by about 3% in 2006. Three year later, there was seem a higher increase compare Ireland in term of the low literacy level. However, they stood at the same level at the end of the period, was nearly 17%
