The follow chart gives information about manufacturing chocolate. It is clear that they are 10 stages in the process starting with growing pods and end with pressing the production. Half works are done by hand and half of them by machine. Cocoa trees are especially grown in South America, Africa and Indonesia. All ripe red pods are harvested. Inside of pods have white cocoa beans which is main source of chocolate are separated. In the next stage they are fermented and lay out them to dry. Dried beans are put in large sacks. Production are delivered to a nearby factory by train or lorry. In the factory they are roasted at 350 °C. After this stage beans are crushed and outer shell are removed. Finally, inner part of beans are pressed by specular press machine in order to produce liquid chocolate.
