The illustration below depict the process of how bricks are made. Overall, it is a seven stage, man-made, and linear process, commencing with digging out clay from the ground and culminating with delivering ready-made bricks to construction sites and market my using clay, water, cement and related tools. First of all, clay is digged from the ground by using excavator. Secondly, a sand is differed from the stones by metal grid on roller, and from this, the sand is mixed with water. It is then placed into wire cutter or mould to manufacture the bricks. Subsequently, those bricks are put into the oven to dry it for 24 to 48 hours. After that, it is entered to kiln which is 200 C to 980 C; then, the bricks are transfer to next temperature kiln at 870 C to 1300 C. Now that it is cooled in chamber for 48 hours to 72 hours. Next, the bricks are packaged as final product to be deliver to construction
