The graphs show the annual rainfall in two North American cities. Ra0W
The given bar graphs provide information about the average precipitation received by the North America city Washington and Victoria. The unit is measured in millimetres. Overall, it is clear that the amount of rainfall in Washington experienced fluctuation throughout a year, while in Victoria it has a different pattern that is rainwater begins to drop from its highest in the month of January, and start to rise again from July onwards. Moreover, the biggest rainfall month for the Washington is May, and for the Victoria is December. Although the Victorians received about 82 millimetres of rainfall in January; however, in the subsequent months the rain quantity begins to drop quite significantly. For example, in February the total amount that was recorded was roughly at 64(mm), and by June it dropped to 20 millimetres. Nevertheless, it starts to rise gradually again in the second-half of the year. The highest month that received the most rain is December at 100(mm) in total, and the second highest is November, which is just under 100(mm). Conversely, the rainfall for the Washington city is unpredictable because of the unstable pattern. Nonetheless, it had a similar amount of rainfall to Victorians at 80 mm for the January period. Interestingly, February and April appear to be receiving an almost equal amount of precipitation, at approximately 63 millimetres each. The most rainfall is received in May at nearly 100(mm). It seems that in the last three months of the year, it starts to get more stable, where they collect roughly a similar rain at 80 mm each.
