The charts below provide information related to computer ownership, between 2002 and 2010, its variations can be perceived by the percentage of the population and also by the level of education. Overall, the variation of computer ownership has been framed by different changes. There has been an increase in the population through the 8 years, in addition, computer ownership by education level has been higher in 2010 than in 2002. Firstly, it can be seen that in 2002, the population with computer ownership were around 55% and 60%, it can be seen that over the years the sample has been increasing, however between 2006 and 2008 it can be seen a slight difference of the population of only 5%, besides in 2010 the population was already in a 75% nearly an 80%. Additionally to the increase of population, variations in computer ownership can be seen from the level of education. In 2002 not high school diplomas were only 15% of the whole sample, however, the same population in 2010 had increased to 45%. As the chart shows the population with a postgraduate qualification between the 8 years has increased by around 10%, therefore computer ownership has been higher in 2010.
