The two bar charts show the average prices of houses in England and other areas. The first bar chart compares the figure for house prices in England to London while the second bar chart illustrates the number of house prices in other places. In general, the price of houses of English was higher than its costs in London whilst in other places of England the average house prices is dramatically different. On the one hand, in 1995 the number of house prices in London was higher than in England ( 200000 euro compared to over 100000 euro ) and this still similar in 2013 when the average house prices in London were as twice as in England. In Midlands and North East, the price of houses was lowest at around 100000 euro. There was a slight difference between South East, South West, and North West which range from 200000 euro to more than 300000 euroOn the other hand, in terms of the number of house prices in London and the rest of England, it was seen that London account for the highest figure for house prices in both 1995 and 2013 which always more than 400000 euro as fourth as the lowest in North West at 100000 euro
