The table depicts the data about average weekly earning according to different professional degrees and the bar chart illustrates the proportion of jobless people in the US in 2005. The salary is measured in dollar. Overall, it can be seen that people who have professional degree, they were paid the highest, whereas unemployment rate was a significant higher in individuals who does not have atleast a high school diploma's degree. In terms of average salary per week, the lowest earnings can be seen of those people, who studied less than a high school diploma. Persons with professional degree earned the highest salary, which was 1800$. The second highest earnings was of doctoral pass out holders. Master's and bachelor's pass out salaries were 1560$ and 1246$ per week respectively. Professional and doctoral degree holders had similar unemployment rate, which was a mere 1. 5%. There was a small difference in proportion of jobless people with master's and bachelor's degree, that was around 2. 5%. People with high school diploma certificate had almost triple unemployment rate compare to doctoral degree. Unemployment rate individuals with less than a high school diploma education was slightly less than 8%.
