The pie chart illustrates the proportion of time consuming at different activities in a office at us in the two decades 1980 and 2000. Overall, The percentage of time spent on computer increased during the given periodic time. While, the figure for paper documents, phone and meetings declined in the span of given years. Whereas, the amount of time spent on face to face communication and other activities remained same throughout the both years. Additionally, computer replaced the maximum proportion of time spent on phone activities in the final year. Looking forward to the chart in detail, in the year 1980, the time spent on phone was maximum among various activities which was 30%. On the other hand, computer was given the least amount of time which was 2%. Subsequently, the proportion of time spent on face to face communication and other activities was almost the same with 14% and 15% respectively. Likewise, the amount of time spent on meetings and paper documents was also same at 19% - 20%. However, in 2000, time spent on paper documents and meetings both declined by 10% each. On the other hand, the proportion of time spent on computer increased to 30% in 2000. Subsequently, the amount of time spent 9n face to face and in other activities remained unchanged at 14% and 15% respectively in the given span. Email was not opted in the year 1980, but it was introduced/proposed with 8% consumption of time in the year 2000.
