The graph illustrate number of local and international students enrolled in Australian universities, during the year 2001 to 2010 on the basis of commencing and total students. In the year of 2001 total 20000 overseas students were applied for the admission, Whereas twice number of native students (i. e. 40000) enrolled for Australian university. The first chart clearly shows that the commencing students are consistently increased. While in second graph conditions are little different, the number of commencing students were continuously reduced during the year 2002 to 2006. Year by year more and more number of students were increased in Australian universities. In the year of 2007 total 60000 international students were enrolled, Where ten time more (i. e. 600000) local students were applied for admission. In 2008 number of international commencing students reached near 30000, Surprisingly the number of Australian commencing students were decreased to 22000. The number of total local students were stable at 600000 from the year 2007 to 2010. The overseas student were repeatedly increased from the begging to end. Total 82000 international students were applied for admission in 2010. More and more students were enrolled for Australian universities whether they were overseas or local.
