The graphs below show the enrolments of overseas students and local students in Australian universities over a ten year period. KgW3
The total number of overseas student enrollment is highest in the year 2010 with a count of above 80, 000 whereas the student count at the time of commencing is also highest in 2010 with around 40, 000. While the number of local students enrolled at the time of commencement is highest in the year 2002 with around 20, 000 students, whereas the total student count is high for 4years from 2007 to 2010. The lowest number of overseas student enrollments in case of both commencing and total student count happened in the year 2001 with an approximative count of less than 20, 000 and 20, 000 respectively. It is similar in case of local student enrollments which is lowest in the same year(2001) with the student count of less than 20, 000 and 40, 000 for commencing and total students respectively. The graph of overseas students is increasing constantly in case of both commencing and total student count from 2001 to 2010. Whereas in case of local students its increasing for total students and fluctuating in the other case.
